A Jewish wedding cameraman falls in love with a clarinetist from Klezmer and pretends to be making a documentary to spend time with her. His false project leads to a real trip through Eastern Europe in search of Klezmer’s lost melodies and the remains of Yiddish culture. A documentary fiction hybrid.
